Fees/Policies

  • Travel Charge

    A $35 fee will be charged if your home is 30+ miles away from my location, and $55 for 50+ miles.

  • Misc. Maintenance or Lawncare

    $50 fee for doing tasks such as fixing lightbulbs, small paint touch ups, raking, mowing, etc. Client must provide equipment.

  • Maid Services

    $15 on top of hourly rate (ex. $35/hr + fee = $50 hr) for dishes, laundry, organizing, making beds, etc. Excluding Airbnbs or Vacation Homes.

  • Late Payments

    PAYMENT IS DUE DAY OF SERVICES UNLESS DISCUSSED OTHERWISE.

    $50 will be added to the invoice if payment isn't made within 3 days.

  • Cancellation

    If a cancelation on the client’s part is made within 24 hours of the service, it will result in an invoice for 25% of the anticipated price of services.

  • Deposit Policy

    If the anticipated cost of service is higher than $250, a 30% deposit is required at time of scheduling. Excluding Residential, Airbnb or Vacation Homes.
